I have a few issues regarding the custom GameCube controller for Indie Assault's Steam build.

1st) The one isse I can forsee is that a lot of 'Smashers' use the c-stick for Smash attacks. Our equivalent "Assault' attacks that charge in the same exact way, are not operated with the right stick at this present time.

2nd) Does the Custom GC controllers work with Steam games? We would be enabling only: Xbox 360, PS3, and USB fight-sticks to work on the Desktop version of the title down the road.

1. They could be I'm guessing. Other controllers will need it too.

This is what most players (including myself) use for playing Smash on the PC. The official controller adapter for the Wii U will probably work as well, but I feel that it would be well worth the extra time seeing how many people are going to use Gamecube controllers. From what I can tell that's either a problem with the Wavebird and the adapter or Steam Big Picture. But for games it works very well. That adapter even has rumble support.
